Marketing, CSR & Rebranding: Reinvigorate and restructure the marketing, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social & governance (ESG) programs for Kenneth Cole to strengthen program, visibility, impact, conversions, and engage stakeholders.

GAME-CHANGING EXECUTION

Marketing, CSR & Rebranding: Create corporate responsibility/ESG pillars, bold branding, new capsule design collection, and develop wholesale and retail strategies to build and execute dynamic omnichannel CSR/ESG program with quarterly campaigns to engage employees, retail sales associates and customers. Restructure and streamline organizational infrastructure to maximize impact, efficiency and reduce costs. Develop brand activation, events, website & corporate social responsibility/sustainability strategy and programs.

Create strategic marketing and CSR campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and action resulting in increased impact, elevated thought leadership, 15% cost reductions, 40% increase in customer, sales associate, employee engagement and brand loyalty. Develop new website for CSR initiatives and drive 25% increase in conversion.
