Early in her career, Wendy understood she possessed the ability to communicate and strategize brand positioning and growth strategies so that business leaders listened.
This talent led to positions in which she reported directly to Ralph Lauren as head of Marketing, Communications and Special Projects, and to Kenneth Cole as Acting Chief Responsibility and Public Affairs Officer, leading a strategic global reengineering of marketing and corporate responsibility/sustainability/ESG programs across all business platforms. At Citigroup, Wendy was selected to lead critical global risk reporting for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank Compliance/Risk Management because of her ability to distill complex information into actionable insights and promote responsible finance.
Wendy leads all major strategy, business transformation, ESG, marketing and branding projects, helping corporations and organizations clarify their brand purpose and positioning to drive revenue growth, impact and thought leadership. Wendy is an entrepreneurial business strategist, marketing and communications leader, with added expertise leading sustainability and ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategy and execution. She enjoys developing creative new ways to drive business growth, innovation, breakthrough marketing, and ESG/sustainability. She thrives on executing visionary strategies, and creating movements out of great ideas. Wendy drives business growth for many of the world's leading corporations with a triple bottom line approach, working directly with CEOs of iconic brands including Ralph Lauren and Kenneth Cole, as well as The Rockefeller Foundation and Citigroup.

She is a forward-thinking, dynamic multilingual strategist with global experience building brands. She creates and executes strategic business, marketing and ESG plans, and leads high-performing cross-functional teams. Wendy is a subject matter expert in building core businesses, spearheading innovation, driving transformational change, and expansion into new businesses and markets. She develops brand-enhancing omnichannel marketing, strategic messaging, innovative customer and digital experiences, and ESG/corporate responsibility (CR) / sustainability programs to increase revenues, maximize social + environmental impact and engage consumers, investors, influencers and employees. Wendy drives organizational growth, streamlines operations, and builds cross-functional collaboration in global matrix organizations.
NON-PROFIT WORK
Wendy also leverages her strategic corporate background to drive non-profit growth and expansion. She enjoys turning ideas into movements and strategies into action to create positive change. She has worked with global non-profit organizations and NGOs, including serving as Managing Director for the Cuomo family’s non-profit Mentoring USA, and building high-impact digital marketing campaigns, events, and celebrity engagement for the Brady Campaign Against Gun Violence. She works with organizations including the United Nations and celebrities including Naomi Watts, Alexis Bledel, Michael Douglas, Will Ferrell, Lady Gaga, and Yoko Ono. Wendy also develops strategic partnerships to drive social impact initiatives with many corporations and organizations, including Bloomberg, Virgin, Viacom, AT&T, Bank of America, NASDAQ, Avon, Bloomingdale’s, the NBA and Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation.
BOARD AND LEADERSHIP ROLES
Wendy leverages her expertise in innovation and ESG/sustainability to assist clients, as well as numerous non-profits on which she serves as a Board member. She is on the Board of Directors of CONSCIOUS CAPITALISM (NYC Chapter), an organization driving the movement to reimagine capitalism and build purpose-driven business models. She is also on the Advisory Board of ECO-RISE, which creates programs to educate America’s youth about sustainability and environmental impact. Fluent in French, Wendy was also selected to be on the Sustainability and Innovation Committee of the FRENCH-AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
Wendy graduated from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs where she was a University Scholar, New York University Law School where she was a Root-Tilden Scholar, and attended The Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania where she was a UBS Scholar.
She leverages her ability to produce dynamic events, create and host programs with best-in-class speakers, and drive stakeholder engagement by serving as Chair of Programs for the Princeton Club of New York and Regional Vice President and Chair of Virtual Events for her class at Princeton. She leads talks on Racial Justice in 2021, politics (including a conversation with George Will with nearly 1000 attendees), beauty and fashion, and a series on Sustainability and ESG.
