Create powerful communications and content strategy to drive responsible finance, build brand reputation, and minimize risk. Improve global risk reporting to create actionable insights for CEO. Develop new communications strategies and content for internal and external communications. Build multiplatform communications and thought leadership initiatives. Spearhead employee training and engagement programs to build esprit de corps, drive employee loyalty, engagement, and retention.

Create forward-thinking, dynamic communications content for multiple audiences—internal and external—to drive stakeholder engagement, build corporate reputation, and elevate thought leadership. Develop new procedures and strategies for global risk reporting. Develop policies across all business units to improve governance and risk management.
